Radical Comics and Heavy Metal use that art for their comics. The only problem is that type of art with the level of detail each image has causes a lot of delays.

There books have came out but have been selling lower and lower each month. They are holding out for some movie deals which may or may not happen based on their properties.
The best place to get that book would be 'Forbidden Planet' and/or STRAND's bookstore in NYC - They are liquidating their backstock like crazy.
Excuse me, I've been corrected. My whole beef was Hulk beating Thor with his hammer, but I failed to notice Thor was still holding his hammer... Hulk was basically just pulling a "stop hitting yourself" with Thor.
So, anyone strong enough can move Mjolnir, as long as Thor is still holding it?
Was it necessary for Red Hulk to perform his feat in zero gravity then? He could've just done what Hulk did and smashed Thor on Earth.
