Siege might end up a good series, but the dude that killed that "loved" character may be one of the worst creations in Marvel history. I think I'd rather read about Howard the Duck then this crackhead Superman wannabe! I hope the gladiator flys down and murks this clown! Seige is the only Mainstream 616 book, outside of Thor and Doctor Voodoo worth reading right now. The cosmic game stays on point.

man, you guys are impossible to please. that shit was semi un-expeceted and dope! i mean, i knew he and the man with the hammer couldn't co-exist as good guys but the way it happened???? i love it. i just wish his son was there to see that shit.
granted sentry is over the top and has to be taken the fuck out the 616 by the end of this, but it all keeps me wondering whats coming next.

Don't get it twisted, it was a good read and I love the last page, but Sentry is all power no character! If this dude has god killing power, why not set up a one-on-one with thor already? There just doesn't seem to be a method to the madness. Can't wait for Siege 3 though

Yes!

Siege #'s 1&2 were both most definitely collective piles of undiluted bullshit in my opinion and I'm entitled to hold said opinion.

Ares, Thor and the rest of the Asgardians are gods and to my knowledge, the Sentry isn't a deity.
 
All of y'all are CRAZY if you didn't like Seige. That's one of the best single issue event books I have ever read. Complete thrills and chills. And they finally did something worthwhile with The Sentry.
 
If you read Dark Avengers then you know that The Sentry has a power set on par with The Molecule Man and the Molecule Man is about as powerful as it gets in the Marvel superhero universe. I mean he is on Beyonder level. That is as powerful as a God. Sentry has god-like power, not unlike Superman, but he's crazy.
