The Dallas Morning News is reporting that a man from Texas supplied former Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick with steroids when he played for the team.
The man, David Jacobs, is identified in the report as a Plano steroids trafficker.
According to the Morning News, Jacobs killed himself and his girlfriend in June 2008. They report that before killing himself, Jacobs admitted to being at a party with Vick and other Falcons players who used his drugs.


The report comes after documents were released by the U.S. Department of Agriculture that detail the investigation into Vick's dog-fighting operation in Virginia.
According to the documents, Vick, now a backup quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles, was questioned about a conversation had at the Atlanta Falcons’ annual Christmas party in December 2006.
“An informant from the Drug Enforcement Administration supplied information that during the party, Vick had a conversation with an unnamed person about steroids,” the documents state. “Vick was reportedly overheard telling the unnamed individual that he liked his product.”
Vick told investigators the conversation never happened and that he never used steroids or any type of human growth hormones. Vick and his agent did not return calls from reporters for the Morning News article.
Vick pleaded guilty in 2007 to bankrolling a dog fighting operation and then served a year and a half of a 23-month federal prison sentence. He was released to home confinement May 22, 2009.

honestly....my opinion is in about 15 or 20 years its going to be common knowledge that just about every top athlete in every pro sport during the mid 90s through now was juicing. at some point they'll stop trying to fight reality and just let it happen. its impossible to stop as long as the returns are so great for being an elite athlete.
