So far in the Ultimate U...everyone that was a cosmic class character in the Marvel U - Except for Thanos and Silver Surfer - has been the exact opposite.

Mojo (yes he is a cosmic contender) is just a man...a dead one at that.

Captain Marvel - Just a solider with a slight increase in intellect.

Galactus - Just a swarm of machines.

Phoenix - Just a really powerful mutant that can do one really big thing but then burns out and needs years to store up energy to do it again.

Doctor Strange - Just a kid that got killed like a freeze dried henchmen from the 1960's Batman series.

This is what I ment when I said I hate when a hero's power is not well defined. The writers can just make him do anything and we have to accept it because we really don't know what he can or can't do.
And when did Sentry become Ralph Wiggum? He was always unstable but never child like.
My guess is that Osborne has to have some type of mind control over him.

Why didn't Marvel Comics, who have been trying to have their trademark Captain Marvel character go mainstream for years, Name the Sentry something like Golden Marvel or The Marvel or Mr Marvelous, something that defines him as their answer to Superman.

I hope that the writers already had the ending when they started this "Hope" storyline because it seems like they are writing themselves into a corner. What can they do with her once she returns to present time?

If Hope is anybody that exist in the Marvel Universe in this timeline, it would have to be Rachel. For her to be Jean would just be dumb.
I did catch the cover of the next issue, her uniform is the green and yellow of both, Marvel Girls (where is she getting these clothes from?)

Didn't know it was thus limited. You do raise a good point. Marvel never did give a fuck about black readers. Guess no reason to think that might change now....
