Does anybody know anything about FIX protocol?
The Financial Information eXchange (FIX) Protocol is a messaging standard developed specifically for the real-time electronic exchange of securities transactions.

In layman's terms FIX is the protocol used to transmit 90% of the financial transactions done. It is used by large financial institutions, traders, exchanges, etc. For those who are familiar with FIX, other than http://www.fixprotocol.org/, does anyone know:

of good websites to learn more about it?
a good location to look for jobs related to FIX protocol?
have client/server software for testing?
good books related to the subject matter?
