Seriously why do these black women take customer service jobs??

I mean really can you call your phone company or take care of your business without running into this person

Its always some isha, qwanna, ika, kita, or nika, that answers and takes her bullshit career choice out on your ass. From the minute you hear that ghetto, attitude twang in their voice you're ready to hang up. BUT OH you actually called to discuss your account not get smart ass to talk to you like she speaks to her man or daddy ( assuming she knows him)

Fact is why would someone with such a disgusting attitude take a job where you have to deal with the public 8 hours a day? Well thats because you only have to have warm blood coursing through your body to get the job.

Why dont these companies weed out the "you know whut I'm saying" crew and hire pleasant sally or susies that has have patience and doesnt take what I'm saying about the company personally?

sorry if you're having problems with customer service, usually i remember that i'm talking to another human, instead of thinking i'm talking to some personal superhero that can solve all the problems i have with that particular company at that particular time.
