Is it possible? Yes..
Will it be perfect? NO!
Every friendship has ups and downs, even between two people. so its unrealistic to think a friendship with 7 girls can be perfect. but I think they can have true friendship with each other.

Some people just outgrow each other, and it has nothing to do with "drama" or mess, but it's a part of life...
I kept very few friends from high school because my mindset changed HEAVILY once I got out the Big Easy. Not that I can't call up my old home girls from high school and chill with them, cause we're still on good terms. But, I've found that, with age and experience, I tend to have more in common with other people than just those from high school...

You call the shit ya'll women beef with eachother about ups and downs?
the term best friend is such a load of bullshit... what makes one "Friend" better than another "friend"?
Well, I call my two best friends "best friends" because we've known each other for a while, and they've been there through a tone of bad situations for me and vice versa.
Some friends, although we hang out much or share a lot of commonalities, I know wouldn't fit in that category because usually we haven't shared adversity together and been there for each other through hard times, etc. To me, that's when you truly know you have a good/best friend over just a friend...
sounds like you are blurring the lines between friend and associate
Maybe so, but associates I wouldn't hang out with on a regular basis or share personal info with...associates would be "work friends" to me, or people that I don't talk about my family with...
But, it's all relative anyway...
i just think people use the term "friend" to loosely then they have to compensate it with terms like "best friend" for people who they are close too.
