Nutrasweet and Equal are by far the best substitutes for sugar for Diabetics!

Like I said, my family's been using these sugar substitutes for as long as I can remember, with ABSOLUTELY NO EFFECTS AT ALL!

I also personally know many other diabetics throughout my life and not one has EVER had a bad reaction to these sweeteners with aspartame in them.

And also if you're diabetic, you're not gonna drink a lot a soda anyway, so the aspartame that's in diet colas isn't gonna do damage to you either.

Adding cool music to a YouTube video isn't gonna convince me that these products are more harm than good. I have way too much experience involving diabetics a symptoms of Diabetes to go along with that.:yes:

Eat nothing but meat and veggies....period

and you can eat it as much as you like

Do not eat breads, grains, FRUITS, corn, or potatoes aka carbs

and avoid anything, i mean anything with sugar

It is those high fructose corn syrups, artificial sweeter, etc that kills. All sugars arent equal though Alex. You are partially correct about fruits to a degree. I have been on a 70 percent raw food diet and I have to slow down my consumption of bananas (i eat several per day) because they are very high in sugar content... I am going to need to modify my raw food diet next time to incorporate more proteins and less sugar.
