Meg's if you think Superman is undefine then you should "love" Jim Lee's Mr. Majestic...... With the he can do - I do see how anyone can get at him in Wildstorm's U. As a kid, I remember a couple times when He-man, yeah that's right - He-man, did some things in that old toon that me as 10 yr old going "WTF"if Superman is Undefind then what about Prime!!!! Didn't he flip both Superman and most of the Super hero community in the past and future. I think this kid could go throw the entire GL corp with one hand, how they had him running shit in Inf crisis ,Sedestro wars and Legion of 2 worlds.
.Another thing I think you gotta look at too is writers as well.... One minute it one thing then when another writer comes in it like Wha...? I remember when the Authority were some str8 BEASTS....... now a coupla months back they were gettin a ran for their money by.....STORMWATCH?!?!?

Every time someone brings up Superman. They really need to bring up which era/writer.
The best Superman...meaning the one which people can relate to IMO is:
Superman: Secret Identity
This book shows the original intention of his character. To do what no man can and to do so out of the goodness of his heart. He has limits in this book...things he can not do, things he won't do and things he never thought about doing.
BTW - For those of you that like Superman-Prime - This is a "What if" about him.

Exactly. I was buying The Authority TPB...because the book was on point. Then this Armageddon bs and DC DICKED them hard with Captain Atom....I was like WTF?
The real story that should have happen is the world aka rich people making the world (everyone not rich) fear them (Authority) and having a World War revolt against them but DC put the tone down button on them.
I can't eat any comic where the common man is not reflected correctly.
I swear I think Batman has some Marvel in him when he gets in Superman's grill.

BTW for all NYC residents - Strand's Book store on 14th street - Is having a major comic and TPB sale - 99 cents for issues - 2.99 for TPBs.
Justice League membership is in the 1000's.
