They don't need your permission it is the same as entering a concert or an arena for a sporting event. When you signed up for membership to this board you entered into a contract with hnic and he and the other members of the board dont need your permission to use your images. Now if they begin to make a profit from your image you then may have some rights to request that they not be used or they cut you in but again those rights are limited because the "chocolate booty" is not trademarked.

So now we will just follow the rules no if's and's or buts. That way there is no hypocrisy and no gray areas anymore.
