Does anyone care who killed Malcolm X?

so did Malcolm's own family...

......
Fact is, Malcolm X was hated during that time.. even BY HIS OWN FAMILY (BROTHERS AND SISTERS). So, Farrakhan saying he was complicit in words is not news.. Malcolm's OWN FAMILY called him a traitor and wanted nothing to do with him. Emotions were high during that time.... and I'm sure everyone in hindsight regretted their role.

only because they were loyal followers of their leader, Elijah Muhammad. they worshiped the ground he walked on. even Malcolm took the side of Elijah Muhammad over his brother Reginald when Reginald was suspended from the NOI.

So was Farrakhan.. and that is the same reason Farrakhan spoke ill of Malcolm... same with everyone else who spoke ill of Malcolm. It was because they were loyal to Elijah Muhammad...

Some people believe he killed MLK.

The bottom line is that most of the people who accuse Farrakhan could give a shit about Malcolm. They just want to have something on Farrakhan.

That's an interesting angle...

Never heard this. I know that none of the civil rights-era leaders trusted Jackson, and it's rumored that he purposely wiped MLK's blood on himself after MLK was assassinated to show that he was the "heir" who would lead the civil rights movement.

some people believe he did it

AND THEIR ONLY MOTIVE FOR BELIEVING IS
BECAUSE THE SAME WHITE PEOPLE WHO KILLED HIM
AND MEDIA WHO LOVED THE SENSATIONALISM OF MURDER
ON A POWERFUL BLACK MAN WHO OFFERED HOPE TO BLACK PEOPLE
AND THE BLACK COMMUNITY,
TOLD OTHER BLACK PEOPLE THAT ANOTHER BLACK MAN DID IT.
THEY EVEN GAVE THEM THE STORY THE WAY THEY WANTED IT TO
EVENTUALLY APPEAR IN THE HISTORY BOOKS.

SINCE MOST BLACK PEOPLE HATE THEMSELVES SO MUCH
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE THAT WHITE PEOPLE LIE OR HAVE ANY
REASON TO KILL A BLACK MAN WITH THAT MUCH POWER AND INFLUENCE.
THEREFORE BLACK PEOPLE WILL DO
EXACTLY WHAT WHITE PEOPLE WANT THEM TO DO............

ATTACK ONE ANOTHER AT EVERY TURN
SO THEY CAN APPEAR TO BE SMART
TO OTHER DUMB ASS NIGGAS.:smh:

INFORMATION IS ONLY AS GOOD AS ITS SOURCE.

The shit i dont personally understand is, I had thought the men that had shot Malcolm had gotten mobbed by his fellow followers soon after the shots ran out. And a few of them were getting near beaten to death, was this aspect of the movie not accurate. I thought there was only one that had gotten away.

I think you have it backwards.. there was only one that got caught at the ballroom. He confessed, and was proud of killing Malcolm. He testifies at trial that the other 2 men who were arrested later, had nothing to do with Malcolm's death... but they were convicted anyway.

I hope you're not relying on a movie for factual information.

Most people do rely on that movie and front like they've done research. The truth is if you really want to know who killed Malcolm you start by looking at the people who where around him when he was killed.

You can build a case against the FBI without going beyond the DAY he was killed. But as it was stated earlier, people could give a shit about the truth they only want something on Farrakhan. Divine posting that piece about Malcolm's family is on point. If you ask ANY muslim who was around in the 60's (I know plenty including people who knew him personally), they don't hide or sugar coat how they felt about Malcolm. They never have and never will because to them, its real life and not some message board, I'll post a funny pic, soap opera.

Farrakhan (Louis X then) was never brought up in the discussion of Malcolm until the LATE 1980's when white people saw how popular he was getting right along with hip hop/knowleged movement with the NGE's. Comb through the 800 pages of FBI docs and you can see the FBI and even newspapers admitting the governments DIRECT involvement in his death. But no, niggas want to lock in on Farrakhan talking about playing apart in the ATMOSPHERE that allowed some ill to take place, which is something that Malcolm also admitted to.

People talking that shit but don't even know who Sarah Mitchell is.

Sarah Mitchell.. Malcolm's personal secretary... and reportedly the last person to speak with Malcolm at the Audubon Ballroom.

On pages 20 and 21, of the 22 page commentary titled "Shepherd of Black Sheep", Ms Sara Mitchell wrote:

"During his final hours, Malcolm spoke of plans for explaining to the general public how hasty and mistaken he had been in accusing Black Muslims of bombing his home. He said, "You won't find a single instance where Muslim men ever moved to attack women and children. I know their tactics and their limitations. And I'm telling you...things happening to me these past weeks go beyond the realm of the Muslims". Malcolm was convinced that a conspired maneuver was already in motion whereby, if anything happened to him, Elijah and his organization would be blamed or vice-versa. Therefore, whatever should occur in the wake of such a neat set-up, it was unlikely that other possiblities would be given due consideration. After sitting quietly for a while peering straight ahead, he finaly looked around at all the concerned faces of those attending a last-minute meeting. Shaking his head, he voiced regrets that, inadvertently, he had aided and abetted a vicious calculated scheme by accusing Elijah and other Muslims of being 'out-to-get' him. Formerly so "street-wise," he was angry with himself for falling for something he felt he should have been able to see into more clearly and more rapidly. "I'm not trying to look noble or anything...and I'm sure not out here to rival or fight with anybody...surely not against my own people!"

Do you have the book, Divine?

Do you have the book, Divine?

Nah I don't have the book. It's currently out of print. , but you can sometimes find out of print books on Amazon.com. If you order, they will search for a copy and ship it when they find one.

Also, in a book titled African American Women, by Elizabeth Ann Beaulieu, on page 593, she claims the day before he died he also told Alex Haley the same thing:

fyi: The only person arrested on the scene of Malcolm's assassination was Talmadge Hayer, (notice he doesn't have a muslim name from the NOI)..and he confessed at trial) and said the other two on trial with him had nothing to do with it. The other two individuals arrested had always been thought to have been framed. They were well known within the NOI and even members of Malcolm's OAAU said those other two men were not at the ballroom that day and if they were they would have been easily recognized by everyone because everyone knew them.
