When you say Lesnar is strong, its not weightlifting "I sit in the gym all day" strong...
Its not powerlifting strong...
Its ATHLETIC strong, freakishly big and strong...I heard about this story awhile ago and seen it with my own eyes. No body in the UFC can toss a 500lb man around like that, and not too many people in the world can do it while also being quick, agile, smart and combining it with world-class wrestling ability, huge hands/limbs, and an ability to absorb punishment.
Why would you not expect him to be succeessful in this "sport"?
I'm honestly glad he is pissing rednecks off. I have no idea what makes people think proffessional wrestlers cannot adapt to MMA. They should be able to do it almost better than any other art

I don't understand the kneejerk animosity UFC fans have against Lesnar. He has a legit amateur background and has soundly defeated all of his opponents to date. How is he any different from MMA legends like Shamrock and Dan Severn? I get why White doesn't want people to even get a hint that UFC matches are even slightly "worked", with UFC still being new, but some of the fans really need to get over themselves.
Brock probably made Vince McMahon smile a little with that "heel" promo he cut after the fight. White should reign guys in from going to far but some personality in his fighters would be a good thing.
Jon Bones looking better and better. He finally finished somebody in the UFC. Submissions wins over Wrestlers are always impressive. Hopefully they take time to let him develop before sending him in against top 10 competition. I still don't even think he's ready for the Jardine's Hamill's or Vera's yet.

Nope. He was the new "monster". But that promo was WWE-ish if there ever was one. He knew he was the "heel" and relished in it. The one thing combat sports could take from wrestling is the heel/face dynamic. The most successful fights and fighters get that: Muhammad Ali, Bernard Hopkins, Floyd Mayweather have all flourished because people came out to see them lose. In UFC, they don't have anyone that can shown the ability to pull it off.
