Has anyone else noticed the TREND in comics lately where all the black male characters have families???

From Luke Cage, Gauntlet (of "The Initiative") , Black Lightning to "Tattoo" from DC. You can even go far back as the original "Spawn".
It seems like all the black characters now have family ties all of a sudden.

naw but I see your point, I think it's a good thing. I think companies are trying there hardest to not seem stereotypical with the few black characters they have.
Bishop had a family.
His sister Shard. Then in his new series they show his mom, dad, and grandmother.
Comics have mostly went against the norm when it comes to minorities.
The Black Panther is a perfect example.
Jus read the latest Naruto Manga... how many of you just knew that was what was going to happen?lol
