Many men tend to have a fetish for "nerdy" women with glasses. It's a real turn of for many of us. So do women like men with glasses, too?

Every woman I've come across since I started wearing glasses in 1996 have told me to take them off.

You might very well be one of those guys who don't compliment the whole "glasses look" very well. I, for one, look better with glasses on...

Your sig still looks like it wants to shit.

"it"?

I've always gotten different responses when I've had my glasses on and off. It's what I call the Clark Kent effect. Shit is straight up retarded.

I remember once I was out in Old City in Philly, and I was with a couple of friends. We went into one of those spots and I tried to dance with a few of women and they all were like, "No it's ok, this isn't my song, then a few seconds later went and danced with some dude that didn't have glasses on." I went into the bathroom, put on my contacts went right back out and those same chicks were all up on me asking if I wanted to dance and striking up conversation.

People are just ignorant as all hell...

"The Clark Kent Effect"

I actually feel like Superman when I put my glasses on.

Unfortunately, I can't wear contacts because of my profession. Fuck around and have them shits fuse to my eye ball. :smh:

Damn, fused to the eyeball?

*shivers

I think my glasses make me look sexy. That's why I can't wait till I get them back. Long as the glasses look cool it's all good.

*recollects

I use to wear glasses all the time before my contact. Most of the women loved it, espically after I switched to the smaller frames. However, after dealing with strippers and having to take off my glassed during lap dances....it was suggested to me to switch to contacts. If anything, I look less nerdy which helps when are really a nerd....

I'm too afraid of contacts, so I've been wearing glasses since I found out I was nearsighted 12 years ago. I won't say women don't like me less because of them, but it doesn't help matters either.

I have gotten mixed reviews. I hardly ever wear my glasses tho, I usually stay in my contacts unless I just woke up or I am goin to bed.

I am afraid of contacts, think that they will roll up in my eyes or feel that everything will head directly into my eyes.

I have worn glasses for at least 25-30 years, and your face does adjust to them. Women say they make me look intelligent, to which I respond, "Will I be any stupider if I take them off?" or "Thank you, but I am intelligent with or without them on" :hmm:

I wear my glasses all the time and most of the time fall asleep with them on (never break or roll over them however). I tell people that I need to be able to see my dreams

tomorrow, I'm going to pick up my contacts......

NO MORE NERD LOOK FOR ME!!!!!

If I'm not a dog now, well.....

Women, universal, tend to like men with the trappings of POWER, be it financial, intellectual, physical, or fame.

You get enough stroke in anyone of those departments and you can wear the bottoms of coke bottles to read and most women will look the other way.:hmm:

Good luck 4 eyes.:D

*two cents*

Damn, what kind of chicks is ya'll messing with that they don't like a man in glasses?

That can be some sexy shit long as it fit the face and features of the person. Ya'll talking like they pussy repellent er something.

I think all of us who wear glasses have found women who could care less about the way it makes us look, even women who find it to be stimulating and sexy.

It's just that when women are out and about, be it at a night club or social gathering, they are at the mercy of their primitive instinctual yearnings...i.e. they want a man who looks like a protector and provider and someone who looks to be of strong genetic stock.

Just so happens that a lot of people equate having "four eyes" to being less genetically desirable for mating because they don't want that particular phenotype passed down their offspring.

People tend not to "think" rationally or think at all when it comes to sexual attraction...

hmmmm guys w/ glasses have caught my eye but they don't really make a difference to me

I loved takin them off of my ex b4 well u know lol( u know that whole state into their eyes thing)

BUT I tell you what...I was a lil bothered when that whole "hey let me buy some reading glasses from the local drug store and perp" phase came about in fashion. :smh: <-- that shit was lame

I sometimes wear glasses I've never had a problem meeting women. However if you wearing Army issue BCGs that's a different matter. You will have a problem. :D
