Chick was resisting arrest big time. I ain't down with the cops, but in this case she should have just chilled the fuck out.
People dont call the cops because they think cops are such wonderful heroes that will save them. They call because society has conditioned them to not defend themselves and arm themselves and their own property. You will face a long legal battle if you did so... Ive said to myself on a few occasions "let me call the cops before I end up getting in some serious trouble"
As far as the girl.. yes she should have calmed down.. but she's a child and was probably not thinking and scared shitless. Im glad the cameras were rolling...

I don't understand people.........in that situation you have 2 choices.
A. cooperate, get arrested and only worry about 1 charge
B. resist, cry and scream......get the cop all worked up, get pepper sprayed, tack on 2-3 more charges onto the original, etc......
seems like an easy choice to me?

luckily she's a kid and none of those charges will stick... other than a sore arm and and burning eye, she'll be just fine.

The only thing I'm debating is the fact that niggas love to say "FUCK the POLICE" whenever they can. I have a homeboy that would say that shit daily, one day leaving his apartment (from a party) his car was gone dude was screaming "CALL THE POLICE"....

If someone breaks in my house I can more than handle it myself, I dont need the smell of pigs in my house. In any situation when Law Enforcement tells you to do something, compliance is your only option. If you did nothing wrong, then you have nothing to worry about.

Bottom line is the cop has a gun, physical power, the legal system, and the government on his side while all that girl had was fear, an uncooperative attitude, and a big ass mouth! Cop told her more than enough times to follow his directions and she still wouldn't do it cause she hard headed.

A white cop grabs a black female teenager no apparent reason and no witnesses??? She was better off taking a beating in front of a camera while screaming than going off with him quietly. She probably saved her own life.
That punk ass cop wouldn't have done that to a little white girl. They act like they are the law. He punched her after the bite then sprayed her. That's excessive force on a minor and he did nothing to claim her down or explain what was going to happen to her. He did not serve or protect anyone. Fuck him.

I dont understand why everyone always gotta make it a race issue....Are their bad cops...YES..but whenever a situation like this happends everyone wants to play the race card...She should of not resisted and everthing would of been fine but she chose to act out and bite the cop.....

He had everyright to use deadly force at that point. She attacked him.....learn your laws...My entire family are Police, Sheriff's , Swat, and State Troopers....
