You must have not listened close enough. Hoodrats are the last thing Tariq's podcasts are geared towards attaining. Actually he disses and clown's hoodrats and the simps that love them constantly.
For once and for all Tariq's main message. Get your education, money and mind right. Stop putting women on pedestals and value yourself as a man. Look beyond your current situation and neighbors and explore the world. Take responsibility for your actions.
It's not really that hard to understand. Basically the women getting part is covered in valuing yourself as a man. Maybe you should go back and listen. And of course, cats are going to say "If u need him to give you advice or lost already" or "I already know that". Maybe you do but there are many young cats out here lost and have no definition of their self-worth and value. Tariq does a good job of doing that. I don't agree with everything he says but for the most part he is doing something that is positive. I wish folks would stop acting like no one ever pulled your aside to give you some life game. Some of his detractors say that but we all had older brothers, fathers, uncles and friends who schooled us on not only getting women but the game of life in general.
