Onlive Console allows you to play 360, PS3, and PC games on any TV or PC streaming

Man this box is pretty neat, all game processing is done server side so you don't have to upgrade your computer to play new games since your PC's hardware is never used, only your internet connection. This works the same with 360 and PS3 games so you can play games on a PC or TV from either system with this one box. Its pretty much like Netflix for video game consoles. Sounds and looks cool, however most households internet connections just aren't fast enough. I don't see this technology becoming mainstream for at least 5 years.

I told some years ago this was the way it would have to go to keep the industry standards high because too many parts and driver differences will divide into profit margins for the video/PC gaming sector.

I have returned to tabletop gaming though but I wish them luck with this tech and it's implementation.

Which is why they keep dumping money in to it lol. Plus developers are really wanting a single console because then they don't have to develop multiple copies of their games for different systems, which in turn saves a shit load of money
