don't be...it took YEARS for us to get where we are...a lot of praying and words of encouragement and leadership from my dad...oh yeah and him teaching me about forgiveness and peace of mind

also, psychology and social work help me understand a lot about not only myself but my family which helped me forgive and let go some pain.

i don't know your situation with you and your mother but if for some reason you can't work at yalls relationship...put in work for you and your daughters to be better :)

My daughter is not afraid of fire, kissing hot ovens, hot food, hot water, dogs, loud machines, or falling. But she's afraid of bubble wrap. :hmm:

i went on a date to pappadeaux last night and when my date took the check she said, "how nice i hope shes worth it"....WTF!!!...then when i got up and shes saw my gucci purse she said..."oh i see he likes to spend money on u...you must be worth it".....again.......WTF!!

My 5 year college reunion probably wasn't as hype as I hoped it would have been, BUT I did look great both nights, I believe...I would even go as far to say that I was one of the best dressed ladies of the whole weekend...lol

I'm so happy that some people can make a decision and stick by it...go after what they want, and aren't punks about it... or use excuses as to why they can't go for what they want...

I thank God for helping me come THIS far and be this accomplished just in 5 years since graduating college...I'm scared to see what I might be like in 10 or 15 years, though :lol:
