How about you create a site and up some pictures and a little details on the properties so we can just look and see if we interested. A state and city would be a good start.

Dude you only got like 25 posts, nobody knows you ... you need to provide more information. What cities?

I'm on the east coast, I get a great amount of leads as well, how much equity are you building into each deal? How do you know what the houses look like?

is this for pre construction real estate?? if so drop some details about YOURSELF and YOUR COMPANY...you might have an investor...a small investor but yet and still an investor.

No need for preconstruction investment in this market. We have an oversupply of houses already that are selling for below cost of production. There is no good reason to build unless you really like a neighborhood and really want to live there.
