They probably arent gonna show it by me. Whenever we get BIG (no pun intended) hood movies it turns into a shootout. I wouldnt go see it anyway I can't stand packed theaters. I will go out and see it a couple weeks after the release.

I used to live across the street from New Roc City, and I would NEVER go see any movie there on a Fri, Sat night. Shit, half of those young cats don't even bother going inside to wild out. They just hang out in the courtyard outside. You have a lot of crazy young white kids that hang out there too. Getting the MV and Yonkers kids there amped up to see the movie is going to be trouble.

Hell, at one point I lived right next to the palladium and I can't tell you how many people I saw get fucked up outside that club.

White Plains should work though.

Well to the OP, you might want to try to get into an early screening next week...scour the net for tix, or if you know someone in the entertainmnent industry ask them.

They had one screening + afterparty the other night.

If not, then i'd say check a theater in manhattan (chelsea or maybe 86th street on the Lex ave line) and go kinda early before the lil & big niggros take their dumb asses to the theater to shout stupid shit at the screen.

Mt.Vernon and Y-O stayed deep in there.But as for the movies, Late night weekend "urban/hip hop" movies are a no go. The kids dont shut up or theres some couple that doesnt get a baby sitter for there 3 lil children.It hard to enjoy a movie unless you wait a go 1-2 weeks after it drops.
