Ok I will try to be as positive as possible.... and address all of your points.
why is it that some men look down on us for being big?
The same reason that most women would not date a man that is say 5'2 tall. Most men do not find obese women physically attractive. The good thing is that in "most" cases a woman can lose weight...but the man can never get taller. Personally to me obesity is a turn-off because it suggests an unhealthy lifestyle (I'm very physically active)... just as I don't date women that smoke (anything) or drink heavily for the same reasons.
I do get mad when I read some of the things people say about Fat people like they die young and they are lazy or some dumb shit like fat women are easy.
Well yes being overweight and obese does increase the likelihood of diabetes, heart disease and a host of other medical conditions which affect one's lifespan. So yes obese people do die younger. The reason people like to call fat people lazy... is because in most cases an obese person obviously does not obey the "proper diet" and "proper exercise" necessary for good health. As far as the fat women are easy....another poster already covered that.
I know that by askin this question I'm putting myself out there but truth be told I don't care. I happy being me how many people can say that and really mean it????
Honestly I don't think that you are happy being overweight...otherwise you would not have taken the time to post this. We all (including myself) have things that we would like to improve on. Heck...we all should be striving to improve ourselves.
Personally I'm very physically fit...eat healthy....workout 4x a week. I desire a woman that places a priority on physical fitness and health.
Note...
I went to visit some relatives in the deep south over the Holiday. Some of my relatives are overweight women...
If you ask them most of them say that they do not EAT A LOT.... so I observed there eating/exercise patterns for the time I was home. Sure these women did not eat a great deal at one sitting... but the damn sure ate throughout the day sometimes without them even thinking about it. Eating was a "habit" plus when you are surrounded by a number of people with BAD EATING HABITS.... you do not stand out... and think everything is cool. Plus these women performed NO EXERCISE.
Unless you have some type of specific medical issue..you can lose weight. There is NO SPECIAL DIET necessary...
Eat 3 - 4 correctly portioned...balanced meals a day
Drink
ONLY water or juice
Do 30 minutes of Cardio 3x a week
Do this and you will lose weight. The trick is that you have to maintain the healthy lifestyle...in order to keep the weight off.
