Go to the adblock icon and push on the arrow facing down and click on "disable on zshares"

It’s quite easy to circumvent this: Just add the following line to your filter rules:
@@|http://www.zshare.net/adsense.js
There are still no ads, because all the ad-companies are filtered. This just circumvents the check.
Also check out the Element Hiding Helper extension to Adblock, a great tool to build custom rules for sites that are not in your filter-subscriptions.
I block ads by using the "HOSTS" file. Sometimes when I visit a site, that I regularly visit, on a different computer I'm caught off guard by seeing all the ads. I just got so used to a video surrounded by whitespace.
