I believe it depends on the individuals involved in terms of who has the "decision to fuck" power. HOPEFULLY it is mutual but there are times in which one party WANTS to fuck the other person and the other party needs to be convinced/swayed/desperate lol.

Women have some sort of secret oestrogen pact to defend other females ,so taking their advice is pointless.The only time women are honest about other women is when in direct competition with those women. The best women to ask advice from are older women who are 40 plus and have stable background.My grandmother has given me some of the best game when itcomes to spotting good women
