So right.. my little cousin is turning 21 and is asking for ideas for a themed party...

I suggested masquerade, black/white, 80s or even 70s...

she said Vegas/Casino themed.. any other ideas? She wants ppl to get dressed in the theme and have decorations to match...

I say nude beach. All you need are some lawn chairs and nobody has to worry about what to wear...

awww parties are fun :)

here are some ideas

ballers and collars (ballers can either be atheletic gear...or typical "baller" clothes...and collars is the preppy look)

pimps and hoes (either u love or hate this theme..lol)

red carpet galla (dressed up nice or dress like a celebrity)

white linen (we dont follow the labor day rule in the south too much...but it might not work if u live up north...u could always do a blackout theme instead)

island theme (bright colors, fruity drinks, tiki lights)

winter wonderland (people dress up in winter clothes, drink warm drinks, could even use christmas like decorations)
 
Thought of some more. Jungle theme--animal prints, fatigues and *snakes*. Pink and cream--bring your own cream. 90s party--Cross Colours and combat boots with the rubbers pinned on.
 
Toga Theme...butt naked wrapped in sheets. Soon as it starts getting heated u already got the sheets!
 
Since others have already suggested ones I would have picked first, I will mention another fun one. It's called a letter party, where a letter of the alphabet is picked and everyone dresses according to the letter...
 
you want to see a damn good themed party head down to the borgata on halloween weekend. Also that casino themed party is a good night you have the dealers come in and they usually bring a blackjack and a craps table and everyone gets fake money and gambles for pizes at the end of the night.

I'm going to suggest a few of these here to her, especially Toga and black light/glow in the dark, see what she thinks...

what I think is fun, she doesn't, so we'll see!!!
