So how does this Macro Express thing work? Im assuming you use Hotkeys, but I cant get it working.
His queries might come up like mine do, with the question already showing before you click ok. It does that when it's extra busy.
To set your macros, open it up and click on New Category (right under where it says Wizard on the toolbar).
Name it ChaCha or whatever.
Then click on New Macro (right under Catagories in the toolbar)
When you get to the Select a hot key part, just press whatever button combo you wanna use (avoid ctrl+x, c, v, b, u, i, and a)
Now click direct editor, and a text box will come up for you to type your phrase.
You can go to the Properties tab and give it a descrip. or if you wanna change the hot key.
After you finish click Save (right under File in the toolbar).

Do this to your hearts content. Oh yeah don't use ctrl+s either, it brings up the save box in ff. You might have to check the ff menu for others that might conflict, I know that ctrl+t is new tab but it works for me without it bringing up the tab.

You have to get another Social or go to IRS.GOV and sign up for an EIN number. Then you can sign up once again. My methods work. Three happy customers.

......During the last time ChaCha upgraded the Dashboard, I was actually answering queries and my dash went hay wire, it was booting me off during searches and all that. So a couple times I responded to questions with a "technical difficulty" response...still 160 characters though. Something told me log off for the night but like a true asshole I sent a complaint to ChaCha & just kept ChaCha-ing........now I been "Deactivated for Fraudulent Searches" for almost a week now & they don't even respond to emails! Is there any other way to contact the company or anything I can do? This was unintentional ....and on top of that this was an ill hustle.
If it is truly a wrap for me is there any other "ChaCha" hustles out there???

All hope is not lost just get a tax payer ID and sign up for a new account but this time use your middle as your first name and use your regular last name. Get a p.o box just to show a different address or use a family members address and get back in the game

Your personal social security # or your business Employee Identification #..I believe you contact Your local Social Security office and apply for a EIN with a SS4 form...takes like 5minutes and I remember you can also get one with a 1-800 number on the Social Security website or IRS website...they give it right over the phone....(study incorporating yourself or your business first) ....come on fam' get with it if you've ever paid taxes or been employed legally you've heard the term.
