What I did first was start going out all the time, then I realized I was still unfulfilled and shortly after realized it was taking a toll on my pockets too. Then I started to focus on me, improving my apartment, getting my documents in order so I can get a house, lil shit like making the crib more comfortable, towels, area rugs, wine, projector, lighting, etc., and working out to lose about 30 lbs. It starts inside. The ancient Greeks believed that health of body had a direct relation to health of mind, and mind is known to have a connection to feelings/emotional stability. Thus, if you feel good physically, you'll feel good emotionally. The key is to stay positive, and you'll find yourself more able to identify negative people, it always easy! Once you're able to separate yourself from them, you're moving in the right direction .

Let's be realistic. We live in a capitalistic society. Therefore, every fuckin woman in this country values and knows the importance of $$$. And only a foolish woman would think otherwise. 1st of all - there is difference between what a Real Woman is as opposed to a hood chick.

Have any of you hung out at a good College/University? I see so many intelligent black women there and after speaking with many of them, I've seen that many of them are looking to find a decent brother who will treat them with dignity and respect and they will pour their heart out for them.


Stop messing with these Club rats - those are not women. Any chick that goes to a club more than 2 times a month and is younger than 25 is not a "woman."

The other thing to ask is look at someone like Michelle Obama - where did Barack meet her? During his summer work for a law firm right?

She was his senior in terms of employment and he was willing to not be intimidated and approached her. The key thing that stood out between the two of them was that they were both very serious about their profession and shared that passion - which reflected their serious nature towards life and relationships.
