~ Comics New releases ~

i TOTALLY agree.... Howard Chaykin has to be one of the worst artist in the history of pencil to pad.[/QUOTE]

Be sure to add Steve Ditko to that list. And of course Mr. Liefeld.

number one i didn't even think of that (pretty damn funny too), no. 2 that shit didn't even REMOTELY happen in this issue.

they need to stop with the false advertisement.

Man, that's practically a part of comic tradition; you'll see Wolverine with one arm missing standing over cyclops' body in a pool of blood on a cover then in the comic it turns out that Wolverine shouted at cyclops for maybe two panels before riding off on his harley.

The Walking Dead has been known to do this at times(misleading covers)..though in this current storyline sadly they prove accurate

Wow, where is that video from. It was great. Even got a little sad when it was finished.

After seeing the Iron Man movie, I want more Iron Man. Some old back issues would qunch the thirst.

I thought he was horrible at first but when he was drawing the Wolverine series for a minute I got used to him.

He has a different style, square faces and thick , sketch book out lines and shadow lines

This used to be one of my favorite books. Reminds me of "What If".
This series kicked ass up until issue 100.
But the new team and new direction is not good at all.

The way they took Psylocke.. from a classy heroine to a typical warrior Bitch...
Turned me off to the new book.

He's trying to change her.. but it might be a little too late for me to care.

From this..

Sex sells, even in comics. They often repackage characters to keep up with the times and generate sales. Usually at the expense of long time fans :smh:

It seems like they never knew what to do with her. She is one of the only characters to change nationality. Which wasn't a bad storyline.
She basically became a mutant Electra.
It worked for a while but the they had her seducing Scott and it went down hill from there.

yo any one read young xmen # 2 as yet there is some real skurlly shit with cyclopes in there! first wasn't him and Emma in the savage land chilling so how the hell is he back at the mansion training these kid ( or is this marvel fuckin with continuity again)? Second there a part were cyc is giving the team these tracker scanner thing that can scan for mutants ( there are no telepathy or cerebro). that rock mutant scan the room. There six people in that room that came are suppose to be mutant and the scanner came up with five:eek::confused:. cyc keep it moving and does not even care that there is an error with the scanner. Third, how the fuck did cyclopes get them Stark plains? didn't he tell him in issue one to fuck off:confused: I think this cyclopes is a skurll agent or i could be wrong. let me now what u think

I figured scott for a skrull when he formed x-force and gave em a license to kill. Then he tells the young x-men that in order to survive you basically have to become like your enemies? Training em to kill Cannonball and his people?GTFOH!
