**Robert Downey's Most Memorable Role**

Yea, yea ... so Iron Man is killing it. $342MM(!!!) in 2 weeks, but Robert's most memorable role to me will always be in the 1999 indie flick "Black & White" when him and Mike Tyson (yes, that Mike Tyson) share a rather quiet intimate moment together at Raekwon & Cappadonnas (when's the last time you heard that name) house party.

Keep in mind, Mike even said the role was completely improvised and had no fucking idea what Robert was going to do and just reacted instictually.

It was. Mike and Robert both confirmed it.

The director gave Robert and Mike general instruction about the scene and to improvise, but told Robert NOT tell Mike what he was going to do.

I think that his most memorable performance was easily in Chaplin. That's the one for which he was nominated for an Oscar. And, it's the one that film critics and interviewers still bring up most often.

However, my personal favorites are...

1. One Night Stand (w/ Wesley--I'm a better dramatic actor than an action star--Snipes)
2. A Scanner Darkly
3. Natural Born Killers
4. Less Than Zero (basically playing himself)
5. The Singing Detective
6. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang
7. Fur: An Imaginary Portrait of Diane Arbus

Method Man ruined Black & White for me. That nigga is too much of a ham, and is constantly chewing the scenery. He should take some lessons in how to chill the fuck out when a camera is on him from his boy Ghostface Killah.
