I don't think the Heroes returning were there by choice,
ex: Phoenix, and SpiderMan weren't in the Kree Skrull War. I think there saying they were kidnapped

Thats what I was thinking. She was still a bad guy back then.(I personally think she still is now)
But did anybody else catch Mockingbird say she had been gone "at least a year"? was she in suspended animation or what?
She has been "dead" for years.
Iron Man and Cage look like they were from the 70's.
They could be from an alt universe/timeline.

And I keep telling ya'll Watch The Sentry!

I don't think the Skrulls can dupilcate the true Power of the Phoenix. That's more of an external type of power, same with Dr. Strange.
But the Skrull invasion force on the last page looked deadly as hell.

I do have one question, If the Skrulls have all of this power why didn't they use some of it to save their asses in Annihilation ?

Hmmm.

You know I been thinking about "House of M" and "Avengers: Disassembled" - Doctor Strange stated there was something unfamiliar with the magic coming from Scarlet Witch. I was under the impression it was a reaction or mutation of her magic usage from the JLA/Avengers cross-over. Now I am thinking it is something skrull related?

As for why the Skrulls did not defend themselves with this Aramda during Annihilation...Annihilus did a sudden strike on them.

I hope Secret Invasion is done well...I will be picking it up in TPB if so.

As far as Skrull Spidey and Skrull Hawkeye...from what they said, it seems like the actual Skrulls that are on the ship were brainwashed into thinkin' they were the actual heroes...kinda like Captain Marvell. :confused:

I think Mockingbird is real, mainly because I love the West Cost Avengers and I want to see her come back.
Don't forget Hawkeye/Ronin mysteriously returned from the dead recently too.
This is a good way to bring somebody back if they wanted to.

I think the wild card could be Captain America.
This could be a way to get the real Steve Rodgers back into the mix, but i doubt anybody will accept a Captain America from 1987 in 2008.
They would have to erase almost 20 years of history and they wouldn't do that. (coff.....Brand...coff..New...coff...Day...coff)

Plus saw in marvel previews a Captain America(Bucky) vs. Captain America(Rodgers?) coming later this year.

I think Jessica Jones/Pulse could be real and Cage is married to, and had a baby with a Skrull.

Marvel made a statement some months ago that Captain America and Tony Stark are NOT Skrulls.

That much is guaranteed...

I thought Hawkeye was brought back by Scarlet Witch in the aftermath of House of M, plus he tracked her down so she's still alive. I'm waiting to see if they'll use her in all this mess.

I think two things; one, not everyone on that ship was a skrull, two, there has to be a skrull or two with that new/mighty avenger group that came to intercept them. And I think in the mix of the fighting, a skrull will replace his/her real counterpart.

This did give us some insight onto who's not a skrull. Surely IronMan couldn't, I mean, if he's a skrull why did his armor become infected from the skrull virus. Reed Richards isn't one, why would they shoot him if he was one?

There are clues and easter eggs that tip off who is and isn't a skrull. Niggas got pay attention to details, go back and reread if you have to.

Man...we almost need to start a new thread about who is and isn't a skrull. :smh:
