How can black men and women evolve past the "my baby daddy"/"baby momma drama" stage of our development?

Easy, simply stop picking face men, and face women. Allow me to explain, what it means is, don't pick a mate on good looks or physical features alone. Yeah she may have the phattest ass, perfect body and etc, but if her character ain't shit, then don't lay up with her and have a baby with her, knowing you won't be there.
The same applies to women, why pick Mr. GQ Smooth, when he made his intentions clear that he just wants to fuck? If the only time he wants to kick it with you just to fuck, then you already know he's not looking for a long term deal, yet so many get stupid and let a nigga bust inside with no condom for what reasons I don't know. The blame goes to both sexes, cause if you don't want kids by a certain group of women, strap the fuck up. If she says, "no condom", get the fuck out of there, why engage in reckless ass shit.
