Anthony Gargano of WIP radio in Philadelphia is on ESPN this afternoon reporting that Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Marvin Harrison is accused of being involved in a recent shooting at a bar Harrison owns in Philadelphia called Playmakers.

According to Gargano, police have uncovered a gun registered to Harrison in connection with the incident.

According to the report, a fistfight broke out when Harrison escorted a man out of Playmakers. When the man fled, gunfire was exchanged. The man's car was struck by a bullet and his hand was grazed, the report said.

Harrison has not been arrested. Few details are available. Media reports indicate that police are awaiting witnesses coming forward.

The victim in the shooting was "grazed in the hand," a report on ESPN said.

Harrison is generally known as a quiet, reserved person who does not get involved in off-field trouble

It's all over ESPN TV. He has 25 guns, plus a permit to carry the one he was busting off.

The guy he beatdown was shot in the hand, and another person (I think a female) was shot in the shoulder. The guy Harrison was fighting did 10 years for murder.

It was Tuesday night at 5PM, bar he part owns, custom made belgium gun (50 cal. cannon). The guy that was injured didn't say Marvin shot him.

A witness is ready to testify against Marvin, but there haven't been any charges. Harrison's gun was fired 7 times, but they're not sure he was the shooter.

They're trying to determine if someone else was holding his gun.

damn this niggah owns 25 guns.......why?

and he busted off like 7 shots according to the police

what does a man need 25 guns for?????
It depends on what he's using them for. Obviously, Harrison aint the TI type of cat who's buying guns for possible street use. Some dudes collect guns just for the love of them. A guy at my job has about 30 of them. Owning a bunch of guns isn't an indictment, bruh.

fucked up....this shit is worse than pacman.

they have a witness saying he did the shooting....aaaaaaaaand penn laws state if your gun is in a crime you will be charged with a mis.

Gay niggas. Love lollipops

Ninja,

Gay does not equal NRA.

What piece of the cloth are you from?

And you speak of lollipops, that word is not even in my sprinkler system of words.

I can't even remember the last time I've said "lollipops."

You're gay. And I won't join your club.

The irony is that Marvin was the example that all white sports casters said TO, Chad and the others who celebrate on the field should be more like.

He didn't fuck up!

He wasn't "in da streets", he was at a BUSINESS HE OWNS, all he has to say is that the guy in the car leaned out and "looked like he had a gun", after getting in to a fight in HIS BUSINESS, the DA will say that he thought his life was in danger or a GRAND JURY will come back with a "no-bill" and no charges will be brought.

Harrison's situation is different from Pac-Man's, he was acting a fool in "da streets" while Harrison was "defending HIS BUSINESS THAT HE OWNS.

The law has a lot of leeway when you are protecting your own property/business.

If you are a black star wide reciever not named jerry rice your destined to be the topic of some controversy.

The irony is that Marvin was the example that all white sports casters said TO, Chad and the others who celebrate on the field should be more like.

Ain't that a bitch....

Marvin will probably get off with some dollars being paid...he has incurred much good will, unlike Chad and T.O.
I ain't saying that's right...but that's how it is.We punish who we want.Imagine if this was T.O....you would have Ted Kopple and O'Rielly live at his house right now.
