Willpower. Do you have it?

Whether it be the beginning of a new year or some other momentous event in your life we usually make a decision that you will do things differently. You start off good and start making grandiose plans on what you are going to and how you will do it.

A few weeks, months pass....... Are you still on the path you decided to take or have you like so many others fallen back into the same ole same ole or reverted back to your bad habits.

If you have what did you do or what steps did you take which made it easy for you to stick by your decision/plan for your life?

Not many people will be able to say that it is easy to try to do things differently to what you have become accustomed to.

I made a decision after a particularly bad relationship (IMO) that i will take my time before starting a new relationship that i will take my time before establishing a new one and i was able to by avoiding the things caused me to fall into the rut that my last relationship did.

Can anyone her give any personal examples of how they exercise or develop their willpower in everyday life?

nothing can prevent you from having a good or bad relationship. love is like the stock market. when it starts to get bad, people start selling their stocks and it gets worse. when its good people start selling their stocks and the price gets so high and it gets worse.

love is a life learning lesson, life is a love learning lesson.

you just have to wipe the slate clean for every new love interest.
back in the days marriages were prearranged and forced if needed. things seem to go ok back in the days.

western civilization changed all that.
