Star Wars: The Clone Wars Animated Trailer Leaked​

Here is a little something that will hopefully brighten up your weekend (and if you live in Ohio, as I do, you will need some brightening — it is awfully dreary out there.) One of our fantastic ninja rejects in the field just sent over word that the trailer for George Lucas’ upcoming animated Star Wars: The Clone Wars has been leaked online by a polish distributor. The quality isn’t that great, but the video is certainly legit. Have a look-see for yourself below:

Why does every damn thing has to be cgi work.

I really enjoyed the 5 min clone war episodes that aired on cartoon network.

They could have gotten freaky with the traditional animation.

Anyway. I'll be checkin' it out when it airs.

If you gonna continnue to ride the wave of the 70's.......id ratehr see a movie effort done about the 1st Kotor Game on the original Xbox. It takes place 4000 years b4 Episode 1.

They already have some clone wars cartoons and shit. I want to see after movie 3 where vader hunts down the remaining jedi.

Or after episode 6, where luke takes over and is a full jedi. that lane is wide open.

Really wish LucasFilms went with this as either live or animated...

I was working for Darkhorse Comics at the time this one came out. Liked seeing all the "old" characters in action. And what was done with Luke made perfect sense.

I agree 100% about what you said about the Knights of the Old Republic game.

Imagine ALL the people out there that missed out on that Epic storyline due to the fact that they never play video games.

That storyline puts to shame all of these Star Wars movies and their inconsistencies.

Making movies based on that storyline era is long over due.

i think thats going to be covered in the upcoming SW The Force Unleashed game(Vader's apprentice going after Jedi)

Lucasfilm now saying that in addition to the clone wars and the live-action star wars series,there also going to be another animated show..i wouldnt mind if it was based off this

then again they may end up doing Star Wars Galaxies:The Series in a effort to get more ppl to play the online game
