Let me use this analogy.

Parks are free right. Imagine if it was this park you liked, it was convenient, beautiful ambiance and shit. Suddenly, they're like it cost to maintain the park, so they decide to start charging. All the other parks are free. First you're like, ok, well let me pay. I owe it to them, for all the years I've been coming and I'm used to it. You pay, but then you look around and you notice it's not the same, because some of that phat asses jogging around(porn) have left to go to other parks. Then you notice you're paying for shit other people get for free and things haven't really improved. You start wondering where your money is going too? The other park is starting to look better. Would you continue to go to that park?

I give you real life for your analogy. that free park is paid by your taxes #1 and in NY the parks might be free but the parking sure isn't.
