Staying in central London. Any spots (bars, clubs, restaurants etc..) that you guys can recommend?

There is a Brazilian restaurant that has all you can eat meat (no homo) in central London that was pretty good.

Thats the only place inside of central London that had good food.

Everything else was found else where.

Enjoy the trip.

do you have the name?

First things first be ready to get shocked when you exchange your dough. Whenever I go I use the blackmarket exchange and fuck with the Lebanese cats around Edgeware Road.

To find out what's really good - hit the areas around Oxford Circus & Picadilly Circus. Go to stores like Topman (Uk's version of banana republic + gap combined?), Harvey Nichols (go down to the basement) in Knightsbridge, any of the little stores in Covent Garden and be on the lookout for the sexiest girls you can find working there. Just let them know you're in london for a few from the states and you'd like there recommendation on a few places.

The chicks that work at these spots have a finger on anything and everything that goes down in the city.

Keep your cool and you'll be surprised how far this will get you because:

1. you might make a new friend
2. don't be surprised if you see the same girl at one of the spots
3. The spots will def be jumping or where everyone in the know hangs out
4. if your shit is tight you might smash
5. If you do smash take some pics (of the chick) and post on the board

Oh yeah since you'll be in the UK if you're looking for some really fly shit hit the Paul Smith Sale Shop on Avery Row (Bond St) station.

Damn I'm giving all my swagger away ...

You can take a visit aboard the London Eye and also the houses of parliament. You can also walk along the south bank along the river thames, better bring a camera. Some nice views here.

thanks definitely will be doing the sightseeing thing

Look,

Not sure if you fancy museums but they are free here. The British(gong there in the morning to catch the Terracotta Army) Natural History, V+A and most museums are free. So are all the parks, and kodak moments outside Buckingham Palace and Big ben cost nothing. Places like Westminster abbey are good, but not worth the prices they charge if you are on a tight budget.

The London eye (the wheel) is great, but not so great on the budget. Other places to get spectacular views of London are Primrose Hill near Camden, Highgate, and Hampstead Heath, all free. Also, for just 2 pounds($4) take the 300 steps up the "Monument" next to Lodon bridge.

DO NOT USE BLACK CABS/TAXIS While they are sooo London, they are also costly. Locals rarely use them compared to places like New York, and minimum fare is often 5 pounds. Distances in London can be decepive, so ask a local whether it is better to walk, it normally is.

Another thing to remember, UK brothera are gameless when it comes to hoes. In the club you'll find girls dancing with each other, dudes scared to step to them. If you gotta mouth piece you can snatch the baddest bitch whth ease. Another way to find out what poppin is to listen to the pirate radio stations they'll give you all the insight to the black scenes. oh yeac check out a club called corks its in the west end

I am a born and bred Londoner. What are you after whats your scene, whatever it is back in the US will be different to what you get here...
Get at me whilst you are here tell me what you need and I will try and hook you up. Where abouts are you intending on staying - London is a big vast city travel (bus, underground or taxis) ain't cheap nor are hire cars. Most of the typical tourist attractions are in central London (West End or City). Check out Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament and Big Ben (the name of the bell in the clock tower) and the London Eye. The Tower of London is 1000 years old on the north side of the river at Tower Bridge (incidentally this is the bridge that the Americans thought that they were buying instead they got the old London Bridge). There are numerous clubs, wine bars and restaurants. Music wise and for what is going on check out Choice 96.9FM or Kiss 100FM on your radio or one of the many "pirate" radio stations to find out what is going on in the clubs. You need "anything" you cannot buy over the counter get at me on the PM and I will assist! If you go south of the river recognise thet you are in the inner city (5 mile radius) it ain't all pretty so stay sharp!

wouldnt advise you to go clubbing in South London. Basra is more safer than that part of London...even Member of Parliament wears Stab/bullet proof vests when walking about in that area

harmanSPLIT_468x335.jpg

North London is not better...Tottenham/Edmonthon are the worst when it comes to Gun crimes esp in black owmned clubs

East London..used be Hackney but now there is huge gentrification taking place there

I would advice you hit Central London clubs instead. Myself i am not a clubber but i would advice you hit JAZZ CAFE in Camden ..its good spot

Use Supermarkets instead of shops. Recently, supermarkets such as Tesco express, and Sainsbury's have popped up all over central London. They are way cheaper than anything else for miles. Example: A bottle of water in Tesco is 40p, but stands sell it for £1.50.($3) You do the maths.

Travelling around...well..London Underground is the easiest way to move around and in this case get an Oyster card. They are a neat invention to save money on public transport, many tourists are unaware of their existence. You pay a £3 ($6) deposit, and you get a plastic card that will save you lots of money, especially if you are in London for more than a few days. Pick one up from any station , you can use it in busses as well.
