I stopped letting my girl do my laundry years ago because I thought that she was ruining my good clothes on purpose. But since I've been doing my own laundry I've ruined quite a few outfits myself. I wasn't even going to drink tonight, but I just ruined a $100 Timberland fleece that I literally only wore once.

I didn't spill bleach on it or anything. All that happened was I poured the bleach into the washing machine, and then sealed the lid on tight. As I was putting my delicates, things that I only wash in cold water into the machine, my fleece brushed against the bleach bottle. Now it's ruined.

Along with laundry detergent, I use color safe bleach for my delicates, and colored clothes. But I still use clorox bleach for my whites. But after this, clorox can kiss my ass. I'll never buy that shit again.:angry: Does anyone know of a bleach alternatives that keeps whites white?

nigga . . . y do u have a $100 fleece lol - nah i feel u though - i wore a $150 shirt to a party - pulled some nggas girl - got into a fight and fuked my shirt up - i just took it to the cleaners so they couls sow it up like a month ago

Just do like I do and send anything you don't wanna risk fucking up to the cleaners

Yeah, but that get's expensive real quick. My weekly dry cleaning bill is about $45--for five two-piece suits. Besides my suits, I used to send my shirts to the cleaners, too, to get cleaned and pressed. For a while, I was spending around $70 a week on cleaning. $70 a week adds up quick, it's over $3600 a year. That's probably not a lot of money to most people, it is to me, though. I'm cheap.

You gon' learn not to fuck w/bleach. I learned that lesson too many times.

That's what I'm saying---now. That fleece was the last damn straw. I'm going to try woolite light, like ol' dude said supra. If that doesn't work, then fuck it, my whites just won't be that white. It's a wrap with me and Clorox.

c'mon fam 100$ for a fuckin fleece!?

i coulda got 2 or 3 fleece for 100$

....and sowed the timberland on it.

Here's a lesson I learned a long time ago...If you're gonna use bleach, wash with it last. Then you dont have to worry about the residue still being in the washer or your colors brushing up against the bottle or any of that shit.

I feel you, now. But when I spend money like that on clothing, you better believe that I rock it for atleast two years, i.e., two winters, sometimes three, before it get's thrown into the shit I just wear around the house pile. That's what makes this shit so tragic (takes a long drink of Heineken).
