When doing research on African slavery I came across this video and was surprised about the slave trade in the Middle East, especially around North Africa.

This explains the current genocide that is going on in Darfur and the Sudan. I could see the link with the past that this has been going on for 14 centuries.

There is a difference between blaming men that are part of a certain religion and men that are that way because of the religion. If the founder of Islam owned slaves and propagated slavery and saw dark skinned people as raisins then there is no excuse for that religion. It's always the defence of any religion to rebuke the negative aspects that come to fruitin but with Islam that fruition comes from the core of it. Action against Banu Quraiza. With the disintegration of the forged united front against the Muslim, the initiative once again came to rest with the Muslims. Immediately the battle of the ditch was over, the Holy Prophet moved with his force against Banu Quraiza to chastise them for their treachery. Huyayy b Akhtab the leader of Banu Nadeer promised the Banu Quraiza every possible help, and to assure them of Banu Nadeer help he came to reside with Banu Quraiza. When the Muslims marched against Banu Quraiza, the latter shut themselves in their forts. Ka'ab b Asad the leader of Banu Quraiza advised his tribe to be converted to Islam or acknowledge the suzerainty of the Muslims. Under the influence of Huyayy b Akhtab, the Banu Quraiza did not accept the advice of their leader, and said that they would fight to the bitter end.

Fate of Banu Quraiza. The Muslim tightened the siege, and took steps to ensure that no outside help could reach Banu Quraiza. The siege lasted for a fortnight, and ultimately brought to bay, Banu Quraiza surrendered, and pleaded that the same terms should be allowed to them as had been offered to Banu Qainuqa' and Banu Nadeer before them. After further negotiations it was decided that an arbitrator should be appointed who should decide the fate of Banu Quraiza. As Ranu Quraiza were allied with the Aus, they named Sa'ad b Ma'aadh, the leader of the Aus, as the arbitrator. The Holy Prophet accordingly appointed Sa'ad b Ma'aadh as the arbitrator. On his appointment as arbitrator, Sa'ad b Ma'aadh took a pledge from both the parties that whatever decision was given by him would be binding on both the parties. After the pledge had been given, Sa'ad asked the Jews as to what was the penalty of traitors under Jewish law. It was discovered that the penalty in such cases was death. Sa'ad next posed the question whether the Jews had any pact with the Muslims. It was brought to light that there was originally such an agreement. Sa'ad then asked whether ii was a fact that they had repudiated that agreement on the occasion of the battle of the Ditch. This could not be denied by the Jews as Sa'ad had come to them as an emissary and they had told him at that time that they had no agreement with the Muslims. Sa'ad accordingly gave the award that as the Jews had acted as traitors, all the adult male Jews deserved to be killed under the Jewish law. The koran is full of wrong things

For example Amram who muslims call Imran is the brother of Mariam(mary/Miriam) in the koran. This is laughable because because clearly here this is a blatant lie. Mohammed spent most of his pre supposed prophetic years with a lot of jews. Somehow Mohammed didn't figure this out and stored some of that information and regurgitated it as the Koran. Even Yahushuah who Mohammed calls Isa supposedly his true name is a rendition of the greek name Iesous. Though the Koran is called a revelation from Heaven it has so many false jewish stories adopted from previous works that it's actually amazing Islam as a religion has lasted this long.

I was watching a TV program only yesterday at my parents house on how a lot of Bibles stories were actually found to be taken from local stories, I forget which region, I think it was the Iraq or Babylon, but basically the great flood story was found on a scripture dating 1000's of years before the Bible was written, and this was a BBC program so it basically has merit, you have a valid point but that argument I think can be taken and used against any religion especially if its written by the hand of man.


I think a lot of Human history has been either lost or on purpose lost to suit needs, remember times change but mans make up will always stay the same thats why a lot of things written in holy books still holds true today.

Poor guy. you should read more. The Quran is said to be directly from the Creator transmitted through the Angel Gabriel, to Prophet Muhammad. That's why the science in Quran obviously has divine origins. You just nuked your self because you don't know the difference from the Quran and the hadith. The hadith's are alleged sayings of the prophet. There is an inperfect method of verifying them, by which they are designated as strong, meaning we know the actual person who wrote it, its been corroborate by others who where actually there when Muhammad (pbuh) said it, and all of these people have good reputations, and sound memories. A weak one would be some of the ones by written by unknown people. It is also noteworthy to say that there were many false hadith movements by enemies of the Muslims to mix fake hadiths with real ones. They had to mess with hadith because they could touch the Quran. Allah promised that the Quran would be protected. There has never been a revision. I guess we learn something new everyday.

Unlike the bible which is comparatively equivalent to the weak hadiths, you posted. We know the names an reputations of the people who wrote the strong hadith.

We also categorically distinguish Hadith from Quranic verses as being less reliable that the Quran. I've heard worse hadiths than that. Thats because, peoples memories were involved, and we know what happens when memories get involved, look at the Bible. I think at this point you've proven to be unlearned so to the point that readers of this thread should just ignore you.

Again the sad part is you and your sources don't know these differences. You could have found this information in almost any basic book about Islam thats under 25 pages. Its not a secret.

Do yourself a favor and fall back before you make yourself look even more stupid.

Again folks. There is irrefutable science in the Quran. The links are posted above. Its not a long video. Skip through it and try to figure out where that information could have come from. And for all you people saying the Quran was wrote by man, there are people with more degrees than fingers who can't figure out how science that advanced is contained in the Quran.

I check on this thread periodically. No one has even put up a halfway good explanation to what I put out there.

I think my last thread will give you an explanation to why the Quran, contains Hebrew stories, an explanation that isn't rocket science.
