basically besides co-signing with someone who was "wrong" to begin with you were speaking on things that you truly do not know about.
moreso as i've stated from the first page i didn't make the decision but i will support it due to the fact the "black woman" i promoted into that position made the call and i need to support her.

I actually posted my own opinion prior to OWL coming in the mix and I cosigned cuz I agreed with what was being said ... and I wont apologize for feeling differently about the matter than you
I had a girl I used to kick it with long distance in the Greensboro/Highpoint/?? triad some 10-12 years ago. On the topic though, trying to get the female responders to this thread to understand you need to take out emotion when running a business (or a country, Hillary) just ain't gonna work. They are still agreeing with Owl, even though he was wrong.
For the record, if the woman would have been black, I would have made the same decision, because at its base, this isn't a racial issue.

I've never been in food biz (other than managing Texas Toms in high school), but the Chik-Fil-A was beginning to intrigue me. Hadn't even considerd Chipolte'. I do know a couple of Micky D's franchisees. Hmmmm........
