This is a simple question with a simple answer. The probability says yes. Think of the stars, since the sun is a small star. Think that perhaps 1/3 of those stars have planets orbiting them. Further think that maybeb 1/2 of those planets are far enough away from the sun to support life. The result is 1/6. Therefore 1/6 of the stars may be inhabitable. So 1/6*n (number of stars there are) = possible planets of habitation. As n gets larger (as we know there are billions of stars) the probability quickly approaches 1 or yes.
As for skin color, there's no way that one can be sure that aliens even have use for melanin (the chemical which causes pigment in humans). Thus there's no reason to speculate that aliens differ within their species as to color.
I actually took a class on this. Chances are aliens exist even in our solar system. Water seems to be the source of life in this system. There's definitely water on moons of Jupiter. With various methods of generating heat (such as the rotation of the moon or its orbit in opposition to the rotation of the planet it orbits), there is a chance that Titan has liquid water. Thus there may at least be microbes living in that water.

well you can't be totally sure about many explanations that you hear. No one is really an expert, there is always new information that will arise.
I just take the segment as a learning experience, nothing has to be set in stone.

i can see your argument on this but if they are in our solar system under our sun or any similar solar system then melanin of some form should be present in some species one would assume.
if you are as smart as you are trying to project with all your references to higher education and mathematical equations then you should also be aware that questions no matter how trivial are all meant to be answered.

when i make posts i dont make them just so people can agree with what i say. that would be preaching to the choir. i make posts because it has information that i think has value and will cause people to open up dialogue, not because someone else dictates my topics. if you dont like what i talk about then simply put me and my threads on ignore. im a big boy so being ignored by people i wont ever speak too off line aint shit to me. not to mention a lot of you cats have condescending attitudes so if you REALLY had something to say who the hell would listen except your usual cronies and yes men.

im open for all dialogue as long as it is constructive. my issues are with people who because they dont agree with information given turn into some kind of police up in here. those people are not as open minded as they think they are. they can only see things from one perspective and thats dangerous when you are dealing with the unknown and super natural. i dont proclaim to know everything on these subjects but i do know that HONEST dialogue can definitely point everyone in the right direction.
This can be contributed to the way our society is structured, so it goes deeper than that. It keeps people that ask real questions of monumental importance in check by their own peers.

Maybe they have non-intervention policies. But you have to think if Earth was threaten with obvious invasion then would that not unite all peoples against a common foe. If it is a low key mode then the probable way would be infiltration, gradual change and manipulation until they have us so dependent and complacent that the people would not probably fight them. Or we may be under scrutinity to see how we all turn out.

What makes you think the gradual change and manipulation has long been started? What if this has always been and these 'myths' historians laugh at actually paint a real picture?
It's more beneficial to rule from the shadows/secrecy than in the open with your subservients. Main reason being, the common people don't know who is controlling their worldly affairs.

i looked at a few of the other videos on there and i still dont buy all of the reasoning in the video you posted. yes there could be some truth to it but there also could be some truth to all the conspiracies too. i think reality lies somewhere in between. when ever there is a conspiracy there is always some basis behind it. thanks for the other point of view.
i saw this a while back and found it to be very interesting as well. it was a part of the disclosure project that seemed to come out at the wrong time. i forgot what big political issue came out a day before th release of the disclosure project but it definitely pushed that to the back burner so it didnt get the full attention it deserved.
