...to shave my nether regions...it just feels more comfortable to me my problem is I use an electric razor and get some nasty nicks high up on my thigh when I use that...do any of you like to see your men shaven like that...? I have gotten a few compliments and some strange looks as well...

I like the idea of using an electric razor- seems to be less irritating than regular azors but if you are going to shave I LOVE the Shick Intuition. It has the shaving cartridge attached and that gets it smooth and protects the skin. But you'll need to use an anti-bump aftershave if you are prone to ingrowns.

I know what your saying but you know the board has a psychotic sadistic flavor. I'm surprised there hasn't been more clowning but the day is young.

I would be careful with that Nair. Test a small area before you go "soup nutz" with it. The "nether region" is no place to be careless. Myself I dry shave and I never suffer with nicks or bumps, just make sure you use a fresh razor and have plenty of time.

They have gentler preparations to prevent razor bumps specifically. The ladies versions like bikini zone do not sting at all!

Oh so "she" can flame me but I can't react...nice...I have never had problems with ingrown hairs down there...thank goodness...otherwise I wouldn't even go through the trouble of shaving...no itching when the hair grows back...none of that...then again I shave like maybe once every few months...the electric razor works good on my pubes and I am extremely careful with it around my balls you can't relate but trust me you do not want to nick there if you had a pair...it's just by the inside of my thighs where I get some bad nicks that usually heal up in a few days but it would be nice not to get them...

i wax mostof hte time, but between appointments, i use a schick intuition- the cream around it stops razor burn/ knicks, etc.. take a little more time because its bigger than a regular razor, but the results are worth it.
also, use an exfoliating scrub between shaving to make sure the skin stays smooth and free of bumps- makes shaving easier. oh, and bab oil after shaving.

Leroy, you could have posted this on the main board...

I'm not going to clown you because I shave. I use a disposable, to get that clean shave. Got to be careful around the sack, that's why I don't use a razor. I have never used a defoliant down there, so I can't speak on nair, but I would be careful. Make sure you go behind yourself with tweezers because the bumps that grown from in grown hairs hurt like an exposed cut.


but, uh, if this thread gets too much longer, I might break out the photoshop and fireworks, it is Sunday...studying is over, and I need some more practice...
