Fuck the ex. That shit finished. I just been quiet since then which I like.
I don't get migraines(at least I don't think I do) but I know that strong black coffee like an espresso is known to work wonders. I think thats more at the onset though to prevent blood vessel dilation.
The progesterone cream people use for ovarian cysts is good rubbed into your temples every hour or so.
DLPA is supposed to be very effective for the pain.
You know a major cause is food allergies right? You need to examine what you eat. common trigger foods include citrus, red wine, anything containing nitrates, chocolate, aged meats, canned fish, refined sugar and cheese and yougurt.
You should avoid sodas as they bind magnesium.
Avoid MSG like the plague
Avoid animal fats
Avoid hard liquor
Do eat lots of whole grains, leafy greens, fiber and fresh fish.
