Inspired by a previous thread.
I decided to upload some of my fav's I'm not sure if others are listening to some of this but I can put close to 200 songs at a time in my car MP3 player so I try to keep it eclectic

Whats in my CD player is some beats I'm working on. In my MP3 player is a duplicate of every music file on my computer.

I listen to just about every genre but had to limit my music to 20GB's or so, so its a LOT of isht!

Yeah I have a Phatnoise Phatbox http://www.phatnoise.com, I'm not even sure they make these anymore. I got mine when they basically had a fire sale on them because they didn't sell well (they overpriced them when they first hit the market).

The 20GB version is actually the smallest one, but since it's been discontinued I don't think I'll be able to find the larger hard drives.

Luckily I got mine for the cheap and love it!

Gurl, same here. I was about to get divorced and they used to play that video all the time on VH1 Soul...been in music love with him ever since.

Saw him live in Atlanta last year and he stopped in the middle of the song and said he was going through some shit when he wrote it - relationship, broke, tryna do the music thang, etc. "Ya'll just don't know what it means to hear ya'll singing it like that!":yes:

Now, I liked the first CD, but I LOVED his second one...he's a bit of a rocker (a la Prince, Lenny Kravitz) and he's a great songwriter too...of course, I want everybody to like him, but to each her own ;)
