I don't use that n-word
As I'm listening (no cable) to the Knicks get pounded out by the Celtics, a question crossed my mind:
Why is it that whenever the boss is a black person, the black players' collective effort doesn't seem to be there??
Anybody remember the Oakland Raiders last season?? Remember Randy Moss?? Remember how he couldn't care less whether the Raiders lived or died?? Anybody see how this "brotha" looks like he's ready to run through mutha fukking walls now?? Now that the "boss" is white?? Remember Aaron Brooks?? Lamont Jordan?? Jordan came out this year playing like gangbusters before he got hurt.
Anyway, I'm listening to the Knicks game and I'm wondering: If you put KG, Pierce and Allen on the Knicks right now and placed Q. Richardson, Randolph, Crawford and Curry (well not Curry, we know he won't hustle) and the other Knicks vets (ncluding the ones from the last season) on a team with a WHITE boss....would they play a little harder?? Doc Rivers is the coach, but Ainge is the boss
Oh and before any idiots come out and say "you ain't watching!!", this ain't nothing that just came to me. This is something that I've been pondering for YEARS and I can site example after of example of what I'm talking about. I just use Moss as one example
Maybe it's just me. But it looks like the "brothas" just don't give a damn when the Head man in charge looks like them. But you put an overseer in charge......brothas start walking on water (like Moss)
