that HAS to be Hawkeye..Hawkeye's been present in all the Ultimate Universe and comics... Paladin plays no part and is a for-hire merc...that wouldn't be him...plus i think i see the shit that holds his arrows on his back...and it looks like he has a bullseye thing on his forehead...has to be hawkeye.

i'm thinking hawkeye is the one who gets killed....
plus whoever this is, is relying more on handguns then a bow. so i'm thinking paladin, or the ultimates universe's version of a U.S. Agent.

I'm assuming Valkyrie is this universe's sif to thor.

surprised i'm not seeing sam wilson in the lineup. but it looks like they have bill foster as giant man.

and in the Ultimate universe he's more of a extreme secret agent type

I would never have known that since I would've stopped reading that shit from the first panel where his "orientation" was revealed. Before I would even touch that book again I would've had to have heard that the mafucker got killed off and replaced by an alternate version of himself --from another dimension or something-- who just happened to be a womanizer too.

Do these dumbass hack writers even realize or remember that the whole point of comic book characters is that you either want to be them or like looking at their unrealistic curves and tits in action? Know your fucking audience is all I'm saying.

Just the other day I was reading the first of the four issue "Annihilation - Quasar" with that supposed new female Quasar then got surprised that see she and Moondragon were a couple. I deleted that shit right there. I also stopped reading Ultimate X-Men when I found out that they remade an already established character (Colossus) into a fag.

On a tangent: I'm running a Firefox pluggin' (forgot the name) that does spell check. The word faggot is marked as incorrect but the "N" word is not, in fact the "N" word is on the list of suggestions if you appear to misspell it. :hmm:

I think the writers believe it adds dimension to the characters when they make them gay. IMO it weakens them. I can't take any male character seriously that sleeps with a man. I can't stand lesbian characters either. It makes sense to include characters that are gay in the comic universe because they exist in the real world. What I see is a trend that's leaning towards this with the gays. Yet they still have a major shortage of black characters in mainstream comics.
