1. damn near 90 percent of cell phones have a camera on them.
2. Therefore, majority of anyone you know, who has a cell phone, will have a camera.
3. This is a day and age where having a myspace page is the norm. Having a computer without a myspace page is kinda backwards...
4. Women usually take pictures of themselves.

Having a camera phone does not give you the ability to post a picture on the net, not to mention the last time I checked there was no law insisting you have a camera phone.
