Wildfires a raging across Southern California in the San Diego area.
At this point, some 320,000 to 500,000 people have been evacuated.
And, some 1,000 homes have been destroyed by the fire.
Qualcomm Stadium is now acting as an evacuation place much like the Superdome during the Katrina days.

- Is the Federal Response to the Cali Fires different/better than it was in New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina ???
- Is the response different because of the race of those affected ???
- If the response is different, is it because FEMA and the government learned from Katrina ???
