The Georgia Supreme Court has upheld a ruling that Genarlow Wilson's 10-year prison sentence for having consensual oral sex with a fellow teenager is cruel and unusual, and ordered him released from prison.

You are the one who is off base..When the judge previously overturned the conviction it was that tom ass DA who vindictively appealed to keep Wilson incarcerated. Now he ass been shown to be wrong not only in the prosecution but also in trying to appeal the judge who said he was wrong.

That DA was full of shit then and now....His logic was twisted and he misapplied the law....But it is always the dark face in the high place who goes the extra mile to prove to the crakkas how tough he will be on those low down shiftless darkies.....

The only mistake Wilson made was fuckin with a white girl in the first place.

The legislature also said the law was bullshit and that is why it is no more.

Now hopefully some D1 coach has the same compassion that John Thompson had for Iverson when he gave him the scholly to GU.

My aunt is an elected state court judge and I have been made aware of and disagreed with a lot of the things that he supports (things that I won't discuss in this thread). He was for the georgia voter ID law (for example) and a lot of other things that I didn't agree with so I am far from some uninformed jackass regarding Baker. I don't think that he has done a good job.
