both Kal-El and Kal-L grabbed him and drove him through krypton's red sun it weakened both of them but prime beat Kal-L to the point of death until Kal-El stopped him and knocked him out before passing out himself. then the lanterns came and imprisoned him.

Bart became Flash last year. He was killed by Inertia (Bart's Clone) and Flash's Rogues Gallery. Due to lack of fan interest. The book was going nowhere. So Wally West and family were brought back. And DC got Mark Waid to write the character again.
