How to create an INVISIBLE FOLDER to hide your PORN!

WTF... too hide a folder, all one need to do is make the folder a hidden folder and then go into tools options and set it so that hidden files and folders do not show and bam... a invisible folder in fewer steps. when you need to get in the folder just go back into the options and check show hidden files and folders....

Other than that why hide it?

someone else can still find that shit if they search hidden folders or set it back so hidden folders do show. Props on the find
 
I've needed to know how to do this for a long time. Chick like to snoop around in my pc too much

This works, but you can still find the porn...er...hidden financial documents...when you do a search. Is there a way around this? I usually use the hidden attribute as the novice (my girl) doesnt know how to do change the file attributes.

won;t even let me rename the folder. When I delete the name, and do the aly 0169 and click away, the New Folder tag appears.

cop truecrypt and make a hidden volume then put some fake shit in the hidden volume and put another hidden volume in that one

I get that but i want to remove the folder completely now that its been created. How do i do that? It keeps sayin its being used by some other program so i cant edit or removie it
 
You can create your porn folder and give it a unique name then change the properties like the original post stated to a hidden status. Each time you want to access the folder go to Start>Search>All Files and Folders. Type in the nique folder name in the search box and the folder will appear as a faded color versus the regular manilla color. Right click and selct the properties and remove the check marks for hidden then the folder will become visible. Always go back and change it back to hidden before Wifey gets back on the PC. It works like a charm. :yes:
 
I use winrar and just dump all my files in there. I just change the extension to something else like dll, dwg, pkg or something like that. once I am finished
