Thank you, Scorp'.

I've been a fan of this cat for awhile ... glad to see the LP here.

I was bumpin' his work and stuff from Chaundon and Khrysis steadily in the ride's cd changer last year. Primarily the short, to-the-point THE PATH TO RELIEF - EP from Median. Quality shit.

Thank you.

SAMPLE CLIPS OF EACH TRACK HERE FOR THOSE WHO ARE 'BOUT TO DOWNLOAD THIS QUALITY JUSTUS LEAGUE FAM'S MEMBER PROJECT. * CUTS TO KEEP AN EAR OUT FOR ... I SUGGEST THE FOLLOWING, FAM':

- 10) CHOICES

" Editorial Reviews
Product Description
Every so often a musician comes along who uniquely captures the attention of the listener in a personal, heart-felt manner. Median has done just that. Median is part of the North Carolina based Hip-Hop crew The Justus League, which also consists of members Little Brother, The Away Team, Cesar Comanche, L.E.G.A.C.Y., E.A.F., Chaundon and more.

Median first received a tremendous amount of attention and critical acclaim in 2003 when he emerged on the Hip-Hop scene with his memorable guest appearance on Little Brother's certified-classic debut album, The Listening. Median made an even stronger impression on the Hip-Hop community with his classic 2005 single "Comfortable" (produced by 9th Wonder) b/w "2 Sided Coin (Remix)" (produced by Khrysis), as well as his outstanding songs such as "Visionary" and "Median Alleviates the Drama (M.A.D.)" from his critically acclaimed independently-released debut EP entitled The Path to Relief EP (2005). Median has since received even more recognition from his stand-out performances and quotable verses on albums including The Foreign Exchange's Connected, Rapper Big Pooh's Sleepers, Kenn Starr's Starr Status and Cesar Comanche's Squirrel And The Aces, leaving fans yearning for more material from the gifted lyricist. Now, with the recent release of his new chart-topping single "Rize" (produced by Khrysis) b/w "Love Again" (produced by Koen) & "How Big Is Your World?" (produced by 9th Wonder), as well as the forthcoming release of his debut full-length album Median's Relief, Median is well on his way to proving himself as one of Hip-Hop's brightest talents and one of Hip-Hop's future stars.

Median's Relief features outstanding production from 9th Wonder, Khrysis, Nicolay, Ant B, and more, as well as guest appearances from the likes of Joe Scudda, Chaundon, L.E.G.A.C.Y. and Spectac. From thought-provoking tracks, to uplifting and emotional songs, to captivating storytelling songs, to cleverly inventive songs, Median's Relief covers a wide-range of emotions and subject-matter that is sure to engage and connect with the listener in a distinctive and electrifying way. Median's Relief is a genuinely special and unique work of art that is sure to secure a place as one of the most notable, original and influential Hip-Hop albums of its time."

SCORP1970 blessed us with MEDIAN.

JEMSTAR blessed us with the new LITTLE BROTHER.

The past few weeks have been pure JUSTUS LEAGUE hotness.

And for additional solid JUSTUS LEAGUE fam' material ... enjoy the already heavily well-received 'GET BACK' from BGOL fam' faves, Little Brother. Sample it, and be sure to go out and purchase a copy later this month to support real hiphop per usual.

Not sure if this is the retail rip or group rip, either way this is the full album and there are no drops on it. Phonte and Pooh came strong w/o 9th on this one

Little Brother - Get Back (Album Leak)

Word on the streets net is Phonte leaked the new Little Brother album to the internet his cot damn self. Now that’s gangsta. Of course the Get Back album leak scoop is coming from my dude, eskay over at Nah Right, but I’m kinda lost for words. I mean, an album leaking nowadays is proper procedure but I can’t recall an artist openinly admitting to leaking an album himself. Damn, Tay, what’s good?

Yo’, I’m still gonna cop the album when it drops cause I fuxs wit’ LB hard (*pause*).

Here’s the attached message from Phonte to all the listeners:

'If you enjoy what you hear, please purchase it on 10/23 or come check us out on tour.

Catch our tourdates and all other updates at http://www.myspace.com/littlebrother

Thanks for your support.

I’m fitna go eat some waings and watch Mad Men…

One Love,
Tay'

I’m still speechless…and like eskay, I’m not posting a link…google it.

Remember the days when hiphop music had a message and was described as story telling over dope beats. Remember A Tribe Called Quest, Souls Of Mischief, The Pharcyde or Black Moon? Well, after enjoying the Little Brother debut "The Listening" back in 2003 and loving those dope beats coming from top notch procucer 9th Wonder I had to check out this young talent Median.

He has this unique ability to flow real nicely over awesome beats. The last time I had this feeling was when I listented to Lupe Fiasco's debut back in 06.

Please support real talents like Median and show respect to HipHop. Definitely one of the best Cds of this genre this year, right next to Kanye West and Common.

PEOPLE ARE REALLY SLEEPING ON THIS WONDERFUL BREATH OF WORDS COMING FROM SOMEBODY OUT OF NOWHERE! THAT GOES TO SHOW YOU HOW BIG THIS WORLD ACTUALLY IS! MOST PEOPLE THAT DON'T KNOW HIP HOP CONCENTRATE ON THE RADIO WHICH IS GEARED TOWARDS "SNAPPING OR DYING" VERSUS "ACTUALLY TAKING THE TIME TO WRITE SOME TIGHT LYRICS DOWN AND CHALLENGING THEMSELVES" YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN? THIS GUY IS DEFINITELY IN MY TOP FIVE!

    1. BLU (BLU & EXILE)/SEAN PRICE
    2. SUPASTITION
    3. KENN STARR
    4. PHONTE (LITTLE BROTHER)
    5. MEDIAN

Very solid LP, from Justus League member, Median. It's a very good album, with my stand-out songs, "Collage", "Personified", and "Brenda's Baby". And some folks are right, this dude is being heavily slept on right now. You will definitely get your money's worth purchasing this LP. Median's Relief is relief indeed. His songs are vivid, nostalgic and almost inspiring. Go out and support it.

Great CD but people are "sleeping", October 3, 2007

Its sad when hip hop albums like this are slept on. Median is a tight mc with great lyrics and style. If you want a solid album with not one bad track on it....this is your album right here...no need to look any further...one love J...

Never heard of this guy before but after listening to his album "Median's Relief" my conclusion is that he's dope! The tracks are produced nicely and I'm glad the cursing is kept to a minimum. All tracks I can listen too without skipping except for one with a featured m.c.. Not too many m.c.'s have the creative raw flow without feeling the need to f-bomb all over the place just ruining tracks. Median is nice on this album whitty and cleaver with his delivery. Just buy this album! My top 5 Hip Hop albums of 2007.

Make sure to go and support MEDIAN and LB's projects in-store ...
